NHW is relatively new to this area, though active on the Costa Blanca for over 5 years - it has proven to reduce crime and to help bring neighbours together. NHW is an officially registered organisation, and has set up links with local Town Halls and Police departments. There are already several districts organised, with in excess of 500 local members, including Spanish villagers, and even a local Guardia Captain.
